Do you really offer a money back guarantee?

Yes we do!  We obviously do not intend to give away free tours which is why we make sure your tour with us is great.  If however in rare circumstances you think something could have been done better then contact us directly and we will be happy to refund you fairly. 

Don't you worry someone will take advantage of this policy?

We normally tour in small groups only and we feel that by the end of a tour we have made new friends.  Friends do not normally take advantage of each other and we have complete faith in the intentions of our guests.  We also check with all our guests directly after each tour to make sure they had a great time and we can tell if a group was happy as we contact everyone directly after each tour.

I have one day only - what would you suggest as the best 1 day tour to take?

There is never a definite answer on this one but certainly the Jerusalem and Dead Sea tour is an excursion like no other.  There are so many things to see and experience on this tour that if we have to recommend one tour only this will be the one.  You will see all the highlights of Jerusalem which is an amazing city to visit, and then in the afternoon descend to the lowest point on earth to exprience a sensation like no other - a float in the Dead Sea.  Wow! :-)

I'm coming with a cruise for 2 days what can you suggest for me?

It depends where you dock.  

If you are 2 days in Ashdod then in order of priority we would recommend Jerusalem and Bethlehem for your first day and then Dead Sea and Masada for your second day.  These are 2 packed days of the best that Ashdod has to offer.

If you are doing 1 day in Ashdod and another in Haifa - we would recommend the Jerusalem and Dead Sea excursion for day one and the Galilee shore excursion from Haifa for day two.  You will see a lot in just 2 days of visit.

If you are docking only in Haifa then although it is a longer drive from Haifa to Jerusalem we will still recommend this as first priority and the Galilee tour as the tour for your second day.

Is Israel safe for visitors?

We see our share of troubles in the middle east as everyone knows.  However, for international visitors Israel is mostly a very safe place to visit and we have never had anyone say that they have felt unsafe at the end of a tour.  Most people that have never been to Israel find this surprising - but its true.
