Enjoy a lovely day travelling through the outstanding landscape of the lower Galilee. Departing Jerusalem and Tel Aviv we will make our way via the coastal road and landscape of the lower Galilee to Nazareth, the town where Jesus spent his childhood. We will visit the Church of the Annunciation and the Church of Saint Joseph.
We will continue to Kana and the resort town of Tiberius. We will drive along the shores of the Sea of Galilee to visit Capernaum and the ruins of the ancient Synagogue. We will continue to Tabgha, site of the miracle of loaves and fish located at the foot of the Golan Heights.
We will also visit Yardenit, the famous site of baptism, where the Jordan River exits the Sea of Galilee towards the Dead Sea.
* Modest dress-code is required for the holy sites (no shorts or sleeve-less shirts)
